Andy started onezo in 2018 having worked in various IT positions over the last 17 years in internal capacities for small businesses, large corporations and for a Nottinghamshire based MSP. Having worked for a large recruitment firm as IT Manager most recently, he decided to return to the MSP industry to start onezo, seeing a gap in the market for an all-in-one solution to your technical requirements.
IT Service Manager
Tom has been with onezo since almost the beginning, a crowd pleaser ensuring our customers are more than happy with the service they receive. Performs complex technical support and projects for our clients. Avid Derby County season ticket holder/supporter, patience of a saint managing two Forest fans.
Business Development Manager
Chantal joined onezo having worked in the telecoms industry as a sales agent selling mobile, broadband & tv for 4 years. Prior to this working as a B2B sales executive in the law industry selling training to local Derby based firms. Chantal's keen interests out of work involves going to the gym, travelling abroad, watching MMA & going to her favourite restaurant Miller & Carter with her partner.
IT Engineer
Chris brings over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus and passion for security tech. He is WatchGuard certified and has a solid background in designing, supporting, and securing IT systems. Outside of work, Chris is an avid basketball player and a keen drummer.
IT Engineer
James began with onezo as an apprentice and has progressed through the ranks to becoming a remote IT engineer. Loves a good aftershave collection, buying the latest fragrances every month. Fan of darts & the biggest Nottingham Forest armchair fan in the world.
IT Technician
Harry is our newest recruit to the IT team, joining in June 2023. Harry manages the incoming tickets via our ticketing platform, liasing with customers, partners & vendors to give the best possible support experience. Loves to laugh at his own jokes. 5pm-11pm gamer.
Marketing
Ashton supports onezo with it's marketing efforts in conjuction with a local Derby marketing firm, she is in charge of all the social media, graphic content, blogs & website upkeep ensuring we keep to our brand guidelines. Always looking for ways to impress new and potential customers alike with our service offering.
